Returns & Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping your period panties on Bonnie website!

In case your are not fully satisfied with your purchase (although we are convinced you will love it) and you need to return your panty, we are here to assist.

You can return your period panties within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the panty has not been worn (the item can be opened and tried on over clothing) and is in its original condition, in its initial packaging.

Please note that you will need to cover the cost of return shipping. To return your product, simply reach out to us via email or through Instagram or Messenger. We’ll guide you through the steps to send the product back to us.

Once we receive it and confirm the product is in it’s original condition, we’ll process your refund to payment method previously agreed on. The refund should reflect in your account within a few days. We recommend that you use a tracked postage service when returning items as we cannot be held responsible for lost or missing parcels.
